WHAT TO BRING FOR TREKKING ?

   We advises that there will be rivers to cross and recommends that all walkers and trekkers wear light walking shoes or walking-sandals, sport ware. All walkers and trekkers will require a backpack for items such as:
trekking pack

Clothing, sport or warm clothing in winter.
Toiletries.
Flash light.
Camera.
Water bottle.
Insect repellent and small binoculars.

The walking shoes are recommanded should can be wet.

Warm clothing for cool evenings is recommended. All food provisions are provided and all walks of an extended length are accompanied by trained assistants. We also provides sleeping bags, mosquito-nets, mats and tents.
