All walkers and trekkers will require a backpack for items such as: Clothing, sport ware, t-shirt, cap. Toiletries. Flash light. Camera. Water bottle. Shoes, we would like recommand normal hiking boots for dying path and the shoes like picture below for wet (through the stream) path. Insect repellent and small binoculars. These walking shoes are recommanded.    Warm clothing for cool evenings is recommended. All food provisions are provided and all walks of an extended length are accompanied by trained assistants.
